Payments can be budgeted and scheduled for 3 scheduled payments, last payment due 30 days prior to arrival. Security Deposit is a separate payment, held-not deposited, returned upon Cleaner's Report upon departure.

Hurricane/Storm Policy: No refunds will be given unless the National Weather Service orders a mandatory evacuation in OC. Any unused portion of rent will be refunded to a guest if their stay is shortened due to Evacuation. Any problems within the building itself are the responsibility of the building,no refunds for any item or area inoperable (ex. pool). Late arrival or early departure does not warrant any refund.

Beautiful Condo!
Booked a last minute trip and I'm glad it was here! Perfect location away from the hustle and bustle-- great for traveling with little ones. The condo was spacious and the all season balcony was beautiful! Janet's communication was amazing and she is so accommodating. The only thing that I wish was better is the water pressure in the walk in shower as it was very soft and it took a long time to rinse shampoo out of long hair. Would love to stay here again!

Great Ocean City Weekend
This was a cute, 2 bedroom suite on the beach. The view was lovely, the property was safe, and I felt right at home. The VRBO owner was quick to respond (and friendly) when I had questions.

We loved our stay! Host was great. Readily available to answer any questions. Beautiful views and cozy atmosphere. We took Janet up on dining at Fager’s Island and didn’t regret it. The 4 seasons balcony definitely made this apartment.

great place to stay
We had a wonderful 2 weeks in Ocean City, and a lot of that is due to this condo. It was decorated very nicely, was comfortable and the kitchen was completely equipped. the beds were comfy with lots of pillows. Oh, and did I mention the view. It was fabulous, both the ocean and the bay. The owner was in touch with us all the time making sure we were happy and gave us information on events in Ocean City. On our return trip we will stay here again.

Janet was wonderful to work with. Great with communication and making sure everything was set for us. The place is great and had everything we needed. The pool being open until 10pm was also great to help everyone wind down at the end of the night. We will definitely stay here again!

From start to finish the process was easy. The property is located in a convenient location, not requiring a lot of travel to get to places. The condo is tastefully decorated and homey. Would definitely come back again! Owner is easy to reach and pleasant to communicate with.
