Newly renovated Ocean City, Maryland's most charming beach house, awaits your arrival! Gather your family and friends for a marvelous beach vacation in this architectural gem on the Bay side, only steps away from the beach, bay, and the beautiful Ocean City boardwalk.

Our property is unavailable for partial weeks (weekends) during the PRIME rental season, June to September. A minimum two-night stay is required from September to May. During the prime rental season, we only offer Saturday to Saturday WEEKLY rentals. Intended guests must sign a lease agreement at the time of all rentals.

This corner gem single-family home is on a nice, quiet residential street (15th St.) and features three bedrooms, a living room, a dining room, a gourmet kitchen, a game room, and two bathrooms.

The home's master bedroom has an ensuite full-size bathroom featuring a whirlpool tub, double sinks, a walk-in shower, a new memory foam mattress, and a 55"-inch TV.

In the additional bedrooms... one has a queen-sized bed, and the other has two full-size beds, and both rooms feature a 43"-inch TV and are conveniently located near the second bathroom.

The living room provides a pull-out sleep sofa and sectional with a mounted 65" TV, gas fireplace, which can be utilized by both the living room and den/game room.

The game room provides a 50"-inch TV, a work desk, and a queen-sized pull-out sofa. Updates have been completed throughout the home to give a very pleasurable experience.

Fresh linens and towels are provided along with Wi-Fi access.

The house also provides a washer/dryer, cleaning detergents, an ironing board, and an iron available in the laundry room. The gourmet kitchen has a central work island and a coffee maker.

You can travel around the Strip and anywhere in Ocean City on the bus. If shopping is your passion, it is about a one-half-hour drive from Rehoboth Beach and Delaware Outlets and only a 10-minute drive to Maryland Outlets just across the bay for great shopping and prices. Ocean City has it all!

The Top Ten things you should do while in OC.
1) Enjoy the boardwalk. At just under three miles, the Ocean City, Maryland, boardwalk is a perfect family bike ride, an invigorating walk or run, or a relaxing tram ride. The boardwalk comes to life at night with rides, arcades, performers, and much more.

2) Indulge in our culinary delights. Ocean City restaurants serve up fresh seafood, boardwalk fries, Maryland crab cakes, hot, fresh pizza, juicy Delmarva fried chicken, sweet saltwater taffy, and some of the finest dining in the Mid-Atlantic

3) Catch the sun's hellos and good-byes. Sunsets are spectacular on the bay as the sun sinks along the island's western side. And for the early risers, a glorious Ocean City sunrise awaits you on the beach and is worth getting up for.

4) Go back in time. Explore Ocean City, Maryland's colorful history at the Life-Saving Station Museum, or take a walking tour of our historic downtown area.

5) Check out Assateague's wild ponies. The famous ponies are nine miles from Ocean City, along with nature trails, deer, foxes, and thousands of birds.

6) Do some serious shopping. Enjoy our outlets, the boardwalk, Gold Coast Mall, and boutiques, or do some antiquing in nearby Snow Hill and Berlin.

7) Enjoy our FREE Family fun nights! During the summer, there are tons of free family events every day of the week. Some events include Sundaes in the Park, free concerts, and fireworks displays while enjoying ice cream for a small fee at Northside Park.

By all means, please pack a lunch or a basket, grab the family, and take advantage of some valuable, quality family time at one of our many lovely picnic grounds. Northside Park also has playgrounds, a gazebo, and walking paths.

9) Fore! Ocean City is home to some of the most scenic and challenging golf courses in the Mid-Atlantic region. Or if miniature golf is more your speed, you will find many fun courses in town.
