Loved staying here. New porch had great ocean view, lots of room for outdoor conversation and eating area. Only about half block to the beach. The beds were comfy and plenty of room for our family of 7. Parking in the back was a plus because street parking can be hit or miss. Thanks for a nice week Bob.

Stayed for a week in early June. A new front porch was recently added and was great for morning coffee and happy hour and an ocean view. Three bedrooms gave us plenty of room for our party of 6 adults. We liked the midtown location, close to restaurants and shops, many within walking distance. The place is spacious and sunny with lots of windows. Our toaster broke while we were there and the owner replaced it within hours, he was very attentive to our needs and provided recommendations. We really liked it here and are booking a long weekend get away in September.

Stayed in July for a family vacation. Great location, very close to the beach. Clean and comfortable, was great for our party of 9. Owner was helpful with recommendations of local restaurants and attractions.

Rented this place for the last 3 years, and just getting around to writing a review. First of all, the location is great. It truly is just steps to the beach and that is great when you have kids or older adults in your party. It is a pretty roomy unit, not a typical shotgun style unit usually found in OC. We loved that the owners let us bring our elderly dog that we did not want to leave at home, it saved us a bundle in kennel fees. The owners are so great, they even brought us down a half bushel of crabs that they caught for us to steam. If we had any problems over the last 3 years, they were took care of it very quickly. If you ask, they will give you suggestions on local restaurants and attractions. We loved using the grills out back near the private parking lot. It's not fancy but it is great to have that option, and we did take advantage of the picnic tables for our crab feast. One thing to note, you would never think this is a pet friendly unit, it does not smell like pets were here and they always have the place nice and clean when we arrive. We came with my sister's family, so we were a total of 4 adults and 4 kids and we had plenty of room. A great rental. If you forgot anything, it was there for your convenience until you went shopping. Short walk to the beach and next year I will bring along the surf rods. Exceeded our expectations! Place is very clean, quant, cozy and comfortable. Just a few steps to an uncrowded beach and a very short walk to two of our favorite restaurants - Hooked and Ropewalk. Loved that we could bring our dog. Owners Bob and Bonnie were very helpful and friendly. We'll be back! I hate writing a good review for this place because I love it so much, I want to keep this secret just for us! We've stayed here twice and couldn't be happier. Pros: -Owner is AMAZING. Very accommodating, onsite and family friendly -Very short walk to the beach. If we were any closer, we would be on the beach itself! -SUPER clean. Both times we have stayed, the unit was clean as a whistle. -Away from all the boardwalk traffic but close enough to do all the other activities. -Family Friendly. This was the first time we took our 18 month to the beach and this unit couldn't have been more perfect. He would sit out on the front porch with us which was gated. The railings were nice, safe and secure. Nice open floor plan for him to run around. -Plenty of parking, and it's safe and away from all the hustle and bustle of the other unit around here. -TV's in all the rooms, a DVD player (a must for small ones haha) and wifi (which I needed due to work reasons) Overall, I wish I could give this property 10 stars, it was really that great. I know my family and I will be coming here year after year. Home from vacation.... Always the sad part! Good part is that this is the second time we have stayed at this place. This year we rented the first floor cause it was easier for my parents. It was just as nice as the first floor. The owners make you feel comfortable and anything you need, they are usually around to help you with. This is a great place to go with family or friends. Plenty of space for everyone. My aunt and uncle love to bring the dogs when available and you would never that animals stay here. Very clean and doesn't smell. Steps from the beach and lots of things to do. My family and I love going to ocean city and we will continue to go every year. Thanks to Bonnie and Bob for another great week! This property has everything that you need for a nice vacation. It's close to the beach, has an outside shower, relaxing front porch, parking right behind the building, spacious and clean. I would definitely rent this condo again. Recommended for: Families with Young Children, Pet-friendly, Age 55+, Families with Teenagers.
